Party Booking Information
We are excited to celebrate with your family and help create a fun and memorable experience for everyone! To ensure each party runs smoothly and every guest has an amazing time, please review the following:
• A 15% service fee will be added to the final balance.
• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and secure your party date.
• We understand that plans can change. Party reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Reschedule requests made within 30 days of the event may result in loss of the deposit.
• To help us prepare for the next celebration, we kindly ask that all guests exit the party area and facility within 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. Additional time beyond the grace period may result in an additional fee of $250.
• Any additional guests, extra time, upgrades, or added services requested on the day of the event may result in additional charges.
